Sadiki Metals, in Kinshasa, Congo , is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers in this region, offering an extensive variety of high-quality metal products. we have been in the industry for many years and, as such, possess a vast range of aluminum alloys and others. we are particularly famous for supplying some of the best Forgings of Aluminum 1070 to aerospace, automotive industries, as well as construction. These forgings are produced with accuracy to meet the highest standards of strength, durability, and performance. Sadiki Metals has a commitment to providing highly quality products tailored to the needs of its global clientele..
Pure to 99.7% and containing only incidental alloying elements, Aluminium 1070 Forgings are a very high-purity grade. Alloys contain Iron as 0.3% Max, Silicon up to 0.25% Max, copper up to 0.05% Max in addition to such other elements of very low contents. The aluminium 1070 forgings’ composition offers superb corrosion resistance. It also holds good thermal, electrical conductivity together with good formability. The mechanical properties of Aluminium 1070 forgings include tensile strength of about 40-80 MPa, yield strength of about 35-70 MPa, and elongation of 20-30%. It is widely used for electrical conductors and chemical applications because of its high purity.

The forging process for Aluminium 1070 typically takes several hours, depending on the complexity of the part and size. Heating, shaping, cooling, and finishing stages each contribute to the total time.
Aluminum 1070 is not ideal for high-temperature forging applications due to its relatively low melting point and limited strength at elevated temperatures. Alloys like 7075 or 2618 are better suited.
Aluminum 1070 offers excellent corrosion resistance, high electrical conductivity, good formability, and high purity, making it ideal for custom forgings in applications requiring strength and durability with minimal impurities.
Aluminium 1070 forgings have a range of applications that include corrosion-resistant and formable components. It is quite common to find this forging in the aerospace, automotive, and chemical industries. It is used for manufacturing heat exchangers, engine parts, and piping systems. High purity aluminium means 99.7% of this product provides excellent electrical and thermal conductivity suitable for electrical applications such as bus bars and conductors. Its lightweight and nonmagnetic properties make it a very valuable material in applications where the objective is weight reduction such as in vehicles and electrical equipment. It is also used in food processing equipment and decorative items.
